In League of Legends, any ping between 50 and 80 ms (milliseconds) is considered to be Ok, with a ping under 50 ms being ideal.
On the other hand, having a ping over 80 ms starts to create a noticeable delay, which can negatively affect your gaming performance.

Ever since the modern version of the game was released – the ping display is typically pre-enabled. You should be able to see it in the top right of your game window.
